Recruitment for
Due to our development we are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Team in newly established IT Hub in Poznań.
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end Recruitment process of the best IT Talents in Polish and international (mainly German) market. You will be based in Poznań but will have possiblity to work from Poland, Germany or Israel!
As part of our new IT Hub in Poznań you will be responsible for growing our new office, connecting right candidates with the right project and ensuring brand recognition in a both Polish and international markets.
Employer requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment, within the IT sector;
- Understanding the importance of quick contacting the right candidates;
- Fluent English, another language is a plus;
- Mindset to work wisely and efficiently;
- Out of the box thinking to search for the candidates in an unsual way;
- Knowledge and experience of IT terminology and the Software Development Lifecycle.
