Your responsibilities
Work with the other members of the hiring team (Recruiters, Researchers, TA Admins, Hiring Managers, staffing, HR) in order to achieve common goals
Create a pipeline of candidates for various technologies such as: JavaScript, Java, .NET, QA, Business Analysis, Big Data, Mobile, DevOps
Take care of excellent Candidates’ experience
Assist in building the local EPAM brand and bringing top talents to the company
Deliver qualified candidates to project and business teams and provide additional information they will need to assess the candidate
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruiting process
Participate in Employer Branding events (Tech Talks, job fairs, conferences, etc.)
Our requirements
Hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably with focus on IT roles (agency or in-house)
Good knowledge of candidate search techniques
Hands-on experience in working with internal business units or clients on the agency side and assist with prioritizations and escalations
Familiar with using social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook groups etc
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Good spoken and written English is a must
