Your responsibilities

  • Build search strategies for successful hirings for the SPS strategic initiative’s positions

  • Generate a strong pipeline of candidates as well as build and maintain talent pools

  • Screen and ascertain the competence of candidates against a technical job description, lead interviews, perform candidates’ assessment

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each position

  • Consult hiring managers in recruiting matters from prescreening, to interviewing and making the right hiring decisions

  • Apply various aptitude-diagnostic instruments (e.g. competence-based interviews, situational questioning techniques, assessments) in recruiting process

  • Efficiently collaborate with stakeholders in the local entity and Global SPS organization

  • Actively use and maintain ATS as well as active sourcing channels

Our requirements

  • Completed university degree with a business, IT or psychological background or other comparable education

  • 3-4 years' experience in the operative end-to-end recruiting and active sourcing of professionally and technically qualified profiles in the IT environment (either in-house or for an agency)

  • Technical expertise and ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT and technical professionals

  • Proven practical experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter as well as a good knowledge of the local technical talent market tools

  • Strong competences in building and cultivating successful candidate and client relationships in a global business environment

  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently

  • Strong interest in recruiting trends and current market developments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy

  • Fluent English, German is a big plus

YOUR ROLE:

In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting the search and hiring of technical and IT profiles for SPS new Global Strategic Initiative, which has a focus on shoring and transforming SPS IT into a global footprint.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Foreseen travel: 5%

Remote work: 50-100%

Work contract: 1 year
