The Role:
The IT Recruiter contributes to the success of The Adecco Group - IT Outsourcing Division by attracting, sourcing and recruiting diverse pools of top IT talent for current and future organizational needs. This job acts in a consulting role and is responsible for sourcing and recruitment strategies. The IT Recruiter will work closely with Account Manager and Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment activities for IT positions (e2e) including candidate sourcing, resume screening, phone screening, and on-line interviews;
- Ensure applicants match experience with specific job-related requirements;
- Proactively source, identify, and recruit passive candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing methods such as networking and internet recruiting to build strong, timely pipelines for open positions;
- Conduct telephone and on-line interviews with qualified applicants;
- Negotiate and prepare employment offers (B2B contract);
- Maintain relationships with candidates.
- 3+ years of IT Recruiter experience;
- Proven work experience as an agency IT Recruiter;
- Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, on-line interviews, etc.;
- Experience evaluating IT candidates for various roles and seniority levels;
- Knowledge of resume databases and applicant tracking systems;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities;
- English: B2.
