Your responsibilities
- Active recruiting of IT specialists,
- Participation in the full cycle of search and selection of candidates to hire the best talents,
- Conducting assessment interviews,
- Ensuring high-quality and timely filling of vacancies.
Our requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the IT market,
- Good knowledge of candidate search methods and tools,
- Experience in the full process of recruitment (from sourcing to issuing the offer),
- Knowledge of the job market in Poland,
- Fluency in English or Polish to easily communicate with candidates,
- Fluency in Russian for communication inside the team is a Must.
