Twój zakres obowiązków
Searching for candidates by various methods using the available recruitment tools, according to the job description
Conducting interviews with candidates
Guiding candidates through the recruitment process
Completing data in the candidate application management system
Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for IT specialists
Preparing documents necessary for the recruitment process
Creating and publishing recruitment advertisements
Liaising with all departments at various stages of the recruitment process
Cooperation with the Business Development team
Nasze wymagania
About 1-2 years of experience in recruiting
Ability to work independently
Outstanding networking skills
Knowledge of different methods and tools in tech recruiting (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter) with a proactive mindset to explore new approaches and test out new tools and strategies
Excellent communication skills and openness
English and Polish language skills
Mile widziane
Experience in recruiting for the banking and finance sector
Other foreign languages than English and Polish
