Your responsibilities
Working in a fast-paced environment to deliver the best candidates within deadlines 📅
Managing end-to-end recruitment process with candidates and contractors in the market
Sourcing technology talent by matching individuals against pre-qualified specifications (Boolean Search)
Creating and publishing job adverts after briefings with clients
Identifying and approaching suitable and qualified candidates
Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Conducting interviews with candidates in English
Daily contact with managers, clients, and the team
Our requirements
Excellent knowledge of English and Polish / or English & German - close cooperation with candidates and clients in the UK/Polish/German/Swiss market 🚀
Juniors: First experience in recruitment (internships are an asset) | Mid/Seniors: Experience in (IT) recruitment - preferably agency.
Strong organizational and planning skills with a focus on key priorities 💻
Ability to work under time pressure & goal oriented mindset
Commitment, enthusiasm, and willingness to develop professionally and learn about the specifics of the recruitment & consulting industry
Knowledge of MS Office
