Your responsibilities
Actively and independently searching for candidates for international clients
Recruitment on international level
Searching, interviewing and delivering candidates to open roles
Guiding candidates through the sourcing process
Creative sourcing with usage of networking tools.
Supporting Junior Recruitment Consultants
Keeping database up-to-date
Supporting operational activities (contracts/invoices)
Customer Relations Management
Close working with Account Managers
Our requirements
At least 1-2 years of Recruitment experience
Direct searching and headhunting experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to have experience with IT Recruitment
Willing to have a career in IT Talent Sourcing
Communication skills on international level
Problem-solving oriented, organized
Working pro-actively, flexible, creative
Operational skills (reporting, scheduling, etc.)
Very good knowledge of English/Polish
Good to have additional language skills (German, French, Spanish or Czech)
Have practical knowledge with office tools (Word, Excel etc.)
University Degree
