Your responsibilities

  • Conducting the whole cycle of recruitment processes in line with the current needs of the company (expert positions, campus recruitment, regular employees)

  • Controlling entire hiring cycle, including defining recruitment strategy based on role requirements, raising requisitions, sourcing (including direct search), screening, providing feedback, calculating and extending job offers

  • Identifying and approaching industry experts to build connections and potential pipeline of candidates

  • Dealing with other HR tasks arranged by HR manager

Our requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably gained in an international ICT company)

  • Fluency in English (min. C1 level)

  • Extensive experience in running end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes, talent mapping, and direct sourcing/research skills

  • Knowledge of the IT market

  • Open and flexible approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs

  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure
