Due to the dynamic development of B3 Poland, we are currently looking for people for the position of IT Recruitment Team Leader, who will join this exciting adventure of building the best place to work with us.

IT Recruitment Team Leader

Your role:

  • Lead the recruitment team to work on all IT roles to scale the team of consultants and meet business needs
  • Support your team with your recruiting experience, develop their skills and recruit with them
  • Continuously improve the recruiting process to drive efficiency, results, and human touch
  • Collaborate closely with the co-founders to evolve recruiting strategy in alignment with B3 mission and values
  • Remember to have fun, laugh and love the people you work with

Your skills and experience:

To be successful in this role you want to make a difference. You believe in people and do everything to find the best of them. You care about the details. You are trustworthy and you get things done! You also have a:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in leading the IT recruitment team - you have a breadth of knowledge and experience building team
  • Recruitment successes - wide candidates network and many placements as an IT Recruiter
  • Team player mindset - team members want to work with you because you’re second to none when it comes to collaboration and partnership
  • Operation approach - continually optimizing process, tools, reporting, and systems to enable results
  • Collaborative skills - building trust and communicates with clarity, influence, partnership and inspiration for others
  • Excellent communications skills - both in Polish and English
