Your responsibilities
- The role of the ITRMS is to make business aware of the IT risks, support in managing them.
- ITRMS holding position at 2nd Line of Defense works closely with IT services operating at the 1st Line of Defense level.
- implementing company-specific information security requirements, IT risk management policies and procedures
- supporting the fulfillment of Group-wide information security requirements, including specific outsourcing requirements
- participating in the IT risk management process by supporting IT risk identification and assessment process
- monitoring the status of the implementation of IT risk mitigation measures
- promoting 3 lines of defense concept, by providing proactive and practical IT risk management guidance to managers and support functions
- developing organization by training on aspects related to IT risk management
- conducting regular reviews of the actual risk situation and controls at 1st LoD level
- providing regular reports in specified cycles and formats
Our requirements
- very good command of English (B2/C1)
- completed university degree, preferably in Information Technology (IT) or Business Information Systems Technology
- experience in working in an information security-related position
- experience in working with various international stakeholders and with teams located in multiple locations
- specialized knowledge of relevant security standards (NIST, ISO)
- knowledge of relevant legislative or regulatory requirements in the field of information security and IT
- very good analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
- high level of commitment, results and performance orientation
- knowledge of German language
- completed training with an IT background
- knowledge of supervisory regulations and recommendations for the insurance market sector
- knowledge of ISO 31000 family standards and COBIT standard
- knowledge of the IT services industry and experience in IT risk management
- certification (e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP)
