About the project
In this role you will support EMEA Security Team with providing technical advice and security consultancy to all areas of Acxiom and its customers. Partnering with the Regional Privacy Officer and the EMEA IT team, you will ensure technical guidance for new and existing solutions, annual audits (both internal and external) and compliance (i.e., ISO, GDPR) assessments, as well as maintain annual policies, standards and training programs.

Your responsibilities
• Operate following daily job tasks as directed by the supervisor or the Chief Security Officer.
• Accountable for conducting and providing engineering and configuration requirements to ensure the code and practices ensures the protection of Acxiom’s information and client data.
• Maintain high standards and reflect this through Information Security output.
• Act as an authoritative subject-matter expert: making recommendations to business areas, project teams, pre-sales, customers and individuals on good practice and requirements, to ensure Acxiom and customer data is appropriately protected, providing constructive challenge and using persuasion and negotiation to drive policy compliance.
• Facilitate the ongoing development of data security processes.
• High ability to understand the “big picture” view and defense in depth strategy.
• Determine risks, non-compliance issues and opportunities for improvement by conducting periodic security assessments of Acxiom solutions, cloud-based services and vendors.
• Work with the assigned line of business providing consulting on defect management remediation (i.e., network scanning, code scanning, etc.).
• Report and escalate appropriately any identified risks or threats to Acxiom systems and data.
• Perform cyber security incidents investigation, documentation and forensic analysis.
• Cooperate with the global SOC team during incidents troubleshooting, root cause analysis and post incident reporting.
• Produce regular reports on the status of Information Security Projects, metrics and risks.
Our requirements
Understanding of general technology (Windows, Linux, networks, firewall, etc.).
Have a knowledge of at least one of the three major cloud platforms, (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Professional knowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice, guidance and operating procedures such as GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs.
Utilization of ServiceNow, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid Chart, etc.
Very good English language skills, written and spoken.
Optional
Industry recognized certification such as CISSP, AWS or GCP cloud certifications.
Understanding of Nexpose, QRadar, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Checkmarx.
