- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise IT security and risk management program to ensure that the integrity and availability of information is controlled and processed by the Forterro group
- Communicate with Business teams to understand all critical security requirements and risk scenarios
- Ensure that the IT security strategy is aligned to the business and technology strategies
- Performing a cyclic risk assessment to analyze the current-status and potential risks that might affect the company
- Creating vulnerability scans and documentation of results and recommended actions
- Organize regular audits of policies and controls to document protection level and needs for improvements
- Work closely with Data Protection Officers to evaluate incidents and cyber attacks
- Cyclic Monitoring of policy compliance
- Informing IT management and business units about cybersecurity status
- Generating risk awareness amongst employees and management by providing relevant information and training
- Preparing insurance budget for cybersecurity risks
Our requirements
- Proven experience in information security and risk management
- Strong knowledge of computer and network security methods in cloud-based and on-prem environments
- A comprehensive understanding of global network architectures and state of the art Cyber security measures
- Very strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities to be able to identify any potential vulnerabilities within a company network
- Significant experience with risk assessment and implementation of security measures
- Experienced with development of security and risk management policies and procedures
- Process monitoring of information exchanges and security protection measures
- Knowledgeable in the development of contingency plans and recovery procedures when systems are compromised
- Excellent communication and presentational skills to inform all staff and management board in an appropriate manner
- 7+ years of IT experience, working with different systems and cloud platforms
- 5+ years of experience in IT Security and risk management
- 5+ years hands on experience producing guidelines and analytical reports
- 5+ years of data processing experience
- Knowledge of risk management methodology and concepts
- Understanding of information systems, security management best practices, and cybersecurity risks
- Experience with applications and tools for web services, enterprise data management, information security, applications development, and cloud-based architectures
