About the project

NetworkedAssets is a specialist in software-architecture and software development. Majority of our projects are focused on supporting telecommunication companies (gathering diagnostic data, provisioning of CPEs, process automation, etc). Our technological ecosystem is the JVM on Linux/Unix. We are passionate users and advocates of open-source software. Pragmatic problem solution is the guideline for all our activities.

Our PMguins team's goal is to connect the client and their requirements with our technical colleagues, who develop web applications in Java, Kotlin and Scala. We work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, IT specialists, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of project objectives with customer's needs. Our actions help our teams to focus on delivering scope to the client within the agreed timeline and budget. We evaluate the success of the project by looking at customer satisfaction. We strive to become premium partners for our clients, constantly working to stay one step ahead, so that they feel our complete support and utmost dedication to ensure the best possible outcome.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing small/ mid software development projects from the start (scoping, planning) to the end (handover to Operations) in an agile way

  • Being support/ backup for the Product Owner in the project (which requires an overall understanding of the customer's problem and his expectations, searching for the best solution)

  • Documenting and clarifying customers’ requirements

  • Communicating clear expectations to the project team members (regarding priorities, explaining the context)

  • Organizing and leading meetings with the customer to present project progress, clarify open points, and plan the next tasks

  • Managing the interface with our business clients and their stakeholders to build good relationships

  • Continuous improvements in understanding the network business and in understanding the used technical solutions

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as Project Manager/ Product Owner/ Scrum Master for software development projects handled with agile framework

  • Strong analytical skills (a MUST in handling IT projects)

  • Very good knowledge of ticketing systems, e.g. Jira

  • Basic knowledge of GitLab

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Experience in effective team management and feedback

  • Professional and proactive approach to work

  • Confidence in moderating events/workshops

  • Knowledge of Project Management frameworks (proven by a certificate in PMP or Prince2 or Prince2Agile etc.)

  • Ability to gather requirements using agile methods and techniques e.g. User Story Mapping, Event Storming

  • Basic programming knowledge
