IT Service Delivery Executive


  • Ensuring correct and appropriate delivery implementation strategies, driving ongoing quality and profit optimization and being a principal influence of upselling initiatives, full P&L responsibility for the projects
  • Implementing Hemmersbach processes and standards to oversee prompt and correct invoicing and claim management handling
  • International personnel responsibility for Service Delivery Managers, Project Assistants and Technicians including resource planning, new hires in cooperation with the personnel department and mentoring
  • Performing a role of an ambassador and leadership role model for the Hemmersbach culture as well as a trainer, mentor and senior for our SDM´s and GSDM´s
  • Implementing the company’s annual BIG THREE goals as a suite of manageable, measurable and achievable tasks, which are incorporated into the team’s daily routine
  • Reporting to the Executive Partner
  • Responsible for compliance with project-specific service level agreements as well as system, productivity and quality management within your projects


  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of identifying business opportunities and capitalizing on them
  • Extensive (8+ years’) experience in running large (IT-service) projects with full P&L responsibility
  • Experience with the management of international clients
  • Perfect command of English language, German is an asset
  • University degree and IT industry background (ITIL and PM qualification advantageous)
  • High level of personal responsibility, decisiveness, and the willingness to always go one step further
  • Process and operations orientation: ability to conduct a microanalysis of operations and to identify and implement improvements
  • Being customer oriented, analytical problem solver with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent negotiation, project and people management skills
  • Hands-on approach
