About the job

We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager for Fujitsu GDC in Lodz.


The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for one or more services delivered to the EMEIA business.


Key accountabilities:

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for: 

  • Making sure that the delivered service matches business needs as well as customers’ expectations
  • Ensuring efficient cost management
  • Proactive identification and implementation of service improvements
  • Managing financial and service risks effectively
  • Managing service supplier’s performance through regular reviews, initiating actions to maintain or improve service levels
  • Managing customer satisfaction through regular interactions and building positive service perception

Skills required: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good budgetary experience, including financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Practical knowledge and experience of ITIL Service Management
  • Experience of working collaboratively with internal suppliers.
  •  Enthusiasm, commitment, can-do attitude.
  •  ITIL V3 qualifications will be an asset
