For our client, a well-known retail international company, we are looking for IT Service Delivery & Support Manager. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of IT Operations delivery and will work closely with the outsource partners and all third party sub-contractors to ensure that business & end users receive world-class service. This role oversees locations within CE region.

IT Service Delivery & Support Manager

Main duties

  • Responsible for ensuring delivery of all IT Operations services to the business in line with agreed service levels for all locations within CE region
  • Being in charge of the audit of current situation within service delivery and recommending changes & strategy planning
  • Act as the point of contact between IT Operations and rest of IT teams
  • Manage relationship with main vendors, measure and manage their performance
  • Responsible for managing vendors performance against Service Operations SLAs
  • Drive and own the IT Change Advisory Board
  • Lead the change management workstream, altogether with project managers
  • Work closely with executive board to discuss strategy for IT delivery & support
  • Respond to all escalations regarding service issues (incident management)
  • Document new services and service enhancements to meet business requirements

Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of previous experience in IT and 3+ years of management or team leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Experience in managing external service providers and associated relationships
  • Experience in delivering services on time in rapidly changing business environment
  • Experience in cooperation with various corporate profiles: end users, IT staff, executive board
  • Full English proficiency
