    For our Global IT Service Desk Team we are seeking the following:

    IT Service Desk Agent with German and English
    Workplace: Wrocław

    Supporting a large international, family driven engineering company with headquarters in Germany, we are providing an IT Service Desk helping their users on all kinds of IT issues and requests. We are looking for customer oriented and communicative colleagues eager to help people while communicating in both German and English on a daily basis. Our team is international with Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, German, Polish, French, Welsh, Romanian with many more colleagues from all over the world.


    Your tasks:

    • Answering phone calls in German and English
    • Analyze and solve IT problems that users log with the helpdesk
    • Create tickets with problem description and documenting solutions found within the ticketing system
    • Propose and update knowledge base articles about solutions found

    Our requirements: 

    • Excellent language skills – spoken and written – in German (B2 level) and English (B2 level) – language certificates are a plus
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients
    • Experience in telephone support – minimum in a call center; preferable within an IT Service Desk
    • Good application knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows
    • Readiness to work on shifts (8 hour shift, 24/7)

    Would be an asset:

    • Additional European language(s)
    • Experience in handling customer complaints
    • Experience in working in SLA driven environment
    • Experience in configuring and installing PCs
    • Microsoft Office / Windows Certifications
