You will solve end user IT problems escalated from Level 1 or Onsite Support via Service Now.
You will capture and edit Alerts from monitoring tools to avoid Major Incidents.
You will participate in the optimization of our Knowledge Base.
You will escalate not solved or critical Incidents to 3rd Level or On-Site Support teams.
Ideally, you will have completed IT training or hold similar qualifications. We also welcome applications from professionals from other disciplines with an affinity for IT.
You also have first-hand experience handling IT client, network, and server infrastructure.
You have an Excellent knowledge of English (B2/C1).
You have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
You are highly motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
You will alternately work on weekends (approx. 1x/month), but no 24/7 shift system or callout.
