About the project

The IT Service Desk Analyst will perform a variety of assignments associated with assisting traders and supporting all back-office Employees with day-to-day IT-related issues. The IT Service Desk Analyst will also be responsible for creating a positive image of IT and cooperating closely with business groups in other offices.

It is a hybrid role - Warsaw, Gdansk, Poznan or Krakow.

Your responsibilities

  • Willing to work on shifts (6:30 – 19:30)

  • Tracking and routing problems and requests and document resolutions

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records for PC’s, Laptops, Printers, Software Media, Monitors, and other various networking and computer-related equipment

  • Managing local tasks like setting up hardware, cabling, managing cables in server rooms, knowledge with UPS’s

  • Taking care of optimisation of hardware and configuration for Windows/MAC devices

  • Logging all service desk interactions and document issue resolution using the ITSM system.

  • Managing strong relationships with other IT and Business groups

  • Ensuring tickets are resolved within agreed SLAs

Our requirements

  • You are passionate about technology and looking for a position that enables further technical and personal development.

  • You possess strong communication and analytical skills coupled with a methodical approach to fault resolution.

  • One of your strengths is a customer focus mindset with a clear goal orientation supported by energy and drive to implement changes.

  • Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Remote Assistance/Desktop, and Server Infrastructure

  • Proven track record with troubleshooting ability to identify the root cause and implement controlled changes

  • Must be able to communicate clearly at a technical and end-user level

  • Incident Management experience

  • Experience in providing in-depth desktop support to a growing client base

  • Experience in controlling and management of IT Assets (including software & hardware)

  • Experience in supporting large and heterogeneous environment

  • A very good English language skills (both written and oral
