Communicability and independence  
Education of a minimum of IT technician and will to learn new things, including IT topics; 
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and office applications, IT Infrastructure Library methodologies (MS Windows Administrator certificates, ITIL knowledge and certificate, office systems and applications will be an advantage) 
Very good knowledge of computer hardware and MS Windows systems 
Knowledge from the user side of Microsoft solutions - Exchange, Sharepoint, SCCM 
Good organization of work and the ability to work in an international team  
Driving license category B 
English 
Nature of work
WHAT YOU WILL DO
    Support and configuration of computer hardware (computers, mobile devices, printers, etc.) in the scope of standard corporate software (operating systems, network service programs, office programs and other desktop applications);
    Supporting and solving issues based on notifications from users;
    Categorizing issues and assigning to other IT teams around world Collaborate with other organizational support sections and IT departments in the organization and external service companies in problem-solving;
    Remote hands for the second line of support and assistance in implementing new solutions in the area of the above mentioned IT infrastructure elements based on tools for large enterprises;
    Preparing orders for IT equipment and accessories;
    Support for cloud services such as SharePoint and OneDrive.
