IT Service Desk Specialist with German and French

Your role:

 

  • Receive fault reports, change requests and customer enquiries (in writing and by telephone) 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking a technical assistance 
  • Record and classify the notifications received 
  • Analyse and collect documentation of fault notifications 
  • Forward of error messages to the 2nd level support team
  • Monitor the troubleshooting
  • Preventive solution of emerging problems 
  • Support of end devices (tablets, smartphones, PC, DECT phones, MDEs, cash registers, EFT etc.) and printers/user authorizations 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Vocational training in computer science, possibly part-time training in another technical profession 
  • Work experience at a Service Desk, call center 
  • Basic IT know-how (appropriate training or further education) 
  • Very good German and French is a must
  • Good command of English
  • Italian language will be an asset
