Hays IT Contracting is a contemporary form of employment dedicated for IT experts. Currently we’re looking for an experienced:


IT Service Desk Specialist


Location: Warsaw city centre
Remote work: 100%, after Covid-19 probably hybrid model
Contract: B2B / Umowa zlecenie
Rate: Over 40 PLN net + VAT / h


Your role:

• Providing 1st and 1+ level support to clients and partners via different communication channels (email, chat, SNOW and phone)
• Resolving issues and tickets in a timely manner
• Being first point of contact for approaching customers (mainly internally from EMEA region)
• Providing excellent customer service
• Being responsible for handling critical incidents
• Working according to SLA and KPI
• Complying with internal standards and policies
• Being part of a multinational team and building positive relations with other team members

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 6 months of commercial experience in similar roles (Service Desk, Helpdesk, IT Support etc.)
• Very good knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Microsoft family products and technologies (e.g. O365, Active Directory, office devices, mobile phones etc.)
• Knowledge of ITIL principles (formal certifications is very welcome)
• Very good communication skills in English – it’s a language predominantly used at work and you mustn’t be afraid of using it on daily basis
