Your responsibilities

We are currently looking for candidates to join us on the position of Service Engineer for a subset of the global IT infrastructure services of BSS (Beiersdorf Shared Services) and its customers. In particular, this includes the following sub-areas:

Virtual Clients:

• Support & further development of Azure Virtual Desktop Services

• Development of automation solutions for the infrastructure based on appropriate tools and programming

• Development of solutions for customer projects in consultation with the customer

• Troubleshooting of Virtual Desktop problems

End User VPN:

• Support & further development of VPN services

• Development of future-oriented strategies in the area of VPN in a hybrid infrastructure as well as the planning & implementation of corresponding projects

• Troubleshooting of VPN user problems (global)

Terminal Services:

• Support of the existing Microsoft Windows Remote Desktop infrastructure

• Development of solutions for customer projects in consultation with the customer

• Troubleshooting remote desktop issues and problems on Windows servers (2016 and newer) including RADIUS

Our requirements

Common Topics to do and needed skills:

• Overall control of global service operations: troubleshooting, evaluation and

• reporting on the respective service status.

• Leading and organizing smaller projects in our environment

• Experience in Microsoft Azure infrastructure services

• Experience in Consulting around remote Access topics (DNS / VPN / RDS ..)

• Experience in it infrastructure operating

Personal skills:

• At least 3-year experience in similar role within client management

• Fluent English

• Good & self-leaded communication

• Open mind for new technologies & approaches

• Good self-organization

• Ability to learn understand complex IT topics fast
