About the project

Due to intensive development of our company we are setting new teams which will be responsible for supporting global Beiersdorf structures in the fields of financial and IT processes.

The IT department provides operational support of IT processes in business applications, infrastructure and service desk for Beiersdorf afiliates employees all over the world.

We’re looking for passionate, innovative professionals to join our international team.

Your responsibilities

Together with the global network service team design and implement new network solutions and/or improve the efficiency of current networks
Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security
Perform maintenance and upgrade of Fortinet firewall
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Fortigate Firewall Platforms
Develop and maintain rule sets for firewalls
Perform patch management on Fortinet firewalls
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco ISE
Experience in enterprise-wide design/engineering/administration of Cisco ISE
Ability to work with provided security policies to design and implement network and security rules and configurations
Maximise network performance by ongoing monitoring performance
Troubleshooting network problems and outages

Our requirements

University degree
Proficiency in spoken and written English
At least 3-5 years’ experience working as a network engineer - Cisco ISE and Fortinet experience
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure
Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams and groups of staff across an organization
Good communication skills – both written and verbal
International mindset and strong customer focus
Strong documentation skills
Knowledge and experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins) desired
CCIE (Cisco), CCNP (Cisco) certifications a plus
Fortinet (FCNSA) certifications a plus
