Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for analyze of IT KPIs (operational, financial, benchmarking, .)
- Based on your findings you will propose the measures to improve IT Service quality
- You will design new KPIs that help to drive proactively IT Service Excellence
- Together with the product & service owners you will follow up implementation of the measures

- IT Service Management (ITIL)
- Process Management
- Experience in the management of small IT undertakings (projects)
- Ability to work in a team
- Analytical thinking
- Customer orientation
