IT Service Management Specialist (ITSM Specialist) - Junior Service Manager

Your contribution to something big:

  • Working with global application support teams according to the standards defined in ITIL and internal procedures in order to provide Best in class support for our users
  • Responsible for IT support for the Applications (SAP modules and Non-SAP areas). Your daily responsibility will be taking care that all KPIs for applications in your scope are delivered according to SLA. In addition to this, a key assignment will be your participation in a projects as a person who verifies readiness of product to go on production
  • Working within international teams of developers and consultants in Germany, Poland and India.

What distinguishes you:

  • More than 3 years of experience in IT area
  • Very good knowledge of IT Product lifecycle
  • ITIL Certificate
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Package
  • Knowledge about Data Analytics tools
  • Analytical thinking and target oriented
  • Very good English skills both written and spoken (min. B2)
  • Team oriented, initiative and responsible
