Your responsibilities
- Providing day to day support for users and relevant IT systems (L1 support).
- Handling incidents and changes according to agreed SLAs.
- Categorizing and prioritizing end user support requests by utilizing ticketing system to provide up-to-date status and escalate when needed.
- Coordinating work of various internal external ICT service providers.
- Responding to client requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Acting as a strong and competent business partner, conducting proposals to make business processes easier and more efficient by using modern IT solutions
- Participating in different IT & digitalization project as a project team member. and/or IT consultant.
Our requirements
- Communicative knowledge of Finnish and English
- At least 1 year of experience within IT suport area.
- Deskops and mobile devices installation, maintenence and lifecycle planning skills (Windows 10 &IOS).
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and other Microsoft services, like: DNS,DHCP,IIS.
- Understanding and implementing Group Policy Object (GPO)
- Basic network operation knowledge.
Optional
- Experience in scripting languages (i.e. Bash, PowerShell, Azure CLI).Knowledge of MS SQL
- Very good knowledge of ITIL methodology – incident, change, request and problem management.
