Your responsibilities
Managing processes for the IT team to ensure that all IT products and services meet or exceed committed service level agreements and responding to service issues and/or requests in a timely manner
Assist employees with computer setup, encryption, hardware change/upgrade
Performing all the tasks of an IT technician
On-site support to end-users ( hardware and software )
Manage local infrastructure ( networks, Audio/Video, etc. )
Actively identify potential improvements
Support local events
Our requirements
At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role/environment
Precision and process-oriented, organized
Creative & resourceful, tech-savvy, able to find workarounds
Enjoy helping your colleagues, kind but also assertive
Exceptional communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Ability to work well in teams, to cooperate and communicate with individuals and stakeholders from various backgrounds and hierarchical levels
Optional
If you have previous experience with managing tools like: Okta, Jamf, Atlassian, Zoom, Google Workspace
