Your responsibilities
As IT Solution Manager in the Business Team Mobility Solutions you are accountable for:
• Plan, build, deploy, run and phase out of the BBM Analytics Big Data IT Solutions and orchestrate responsible roles
• Managing customer requirements, including input for IT Products/Services development
• Pro-actively consulting customer in optimizing and standardization of the Solution (technical, commercial)
• Planning activities for IT Solution within planning processes in close alignment with the experts in the Solution Team and Product/Service teams (Solution roadmap)
• Integrating IT Products/Services into customer's environment according to customer specific needs to create required benefit for the customer
• Managing IT Solution's dependencies and integration of involved IT Products/Services in close alignment with relevant Product/Service Owners incl. interfaces
• Analyzing and communicating KPIs (incl. service level targets for Solution and affiliated Products/Services, customer satisfaction and benchmarking)
As Group Leader you are responsible for:
• Building and guiding your team in an international context to be competitive in the dynamic global context
• Furthermore, you are responsible for the engagement of associates and people management, including mentoring of associates, competency and career development as well as goal setting and performance reviews
Our requirements
Profound IT Data Analytics background - Data Analytics is your passion
Very good experience with complex Analytics / Big Data solutions and underlying platforms (e.g. Anzo, Spark, Hadoop)
Experience in successful leading IT projects
Strong leadership skills, ability to lead functionally and motivate team
Very good communication, collaboration and coordination skills,
Flexible, creative and pragmatic team player
Personality: structured, goal-oriented, independent, systematic and efficient
Intercultural skills to foster open and trustworthy international collaboration
Very good written and spoken English
