Your responsibilities
Create and manage high quality software solutions including IoT devices.
Close cooperation with Business, gathering business requirements, propose solutions, create solutions from the scratch or extend current by your own team or use third parties.
Create and manage documentation for created or changed solutions.
Runs and manages projects in the area of IT Retail Systems in the collaboration with the PMO, Provides consultancy/participates in other projects.
Cooperates with other companies, departments on systems development, provide trainings and support.
Provides third line of support for developed solutions.
Owns accountability for team as well as its growth by applying talent acquisition and development practices to ensure succession.
Applies a “less is more“ mindset in managing budgets and resources.
Proactively looks for functional best practices, spreads knowledge, experience, findings and provides constructive inputs to support the superior in creation and roll-out of the departmental strategy/agenda.
Is an example of high performer properly impacting department goals and strategy.
Our requirements
University degree - preferably in Information Technology area
3+ years of experience in similar role, preferably in global environment
Experience in Micros +, Scrum methodology, dynamics 365 (nice to know), Python, React.js, Node.js, .NET
Strong general knowledge in Information Technologies and Software Development Lifecycle, including current industry trends and their application.
Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business partners and work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
Ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
