Technologies we use
1st level support.
Ownership of requests – incidents & Requests belong to “DGS Diagnostics Service Desk” Remedy group. Ensure sufficient information (category, priority, due date etc).
Deliver services according to approved IT processes; incident-, request fulfillment-, business critical-, change-, release management.
Administrative tasks such as user administration, grant access to server resources. Install, configure and maintenance new and existing PCs in the organization.
Support users on different applications and services.
Assist with minor issues with AV equipment onsite ROS.
Print maintenance locally at DGS Diagnostics.
Provide introduction and user guides to employees.
High business know-how and understanding;
Knowledge and skills in how to support an IT production site;
Good command of English (written and verbal);
Technical & application insight;
ITIL process knowledge;
Good communication skills.

Are you ready to join a growing team and organization who are responsible for the operation of IT/OT within the Diagnostics Group of Demant? We are carrying a big responsibility in ensuring that core applications are being rolled out and maintained throughout the group and that our production sites are in continuous operation. We are currently building a new team who will be responsible for supervising and assisting our DGS Diagnostics site colleagues with small and more advanced IT troubleshooting tasks on hardware and software/applications. Therefore, if you have experience from working with people in a support function and hence know how to approach, guide and communicate with users face to face, through phone, email, chat and other systems, then we would love to hear from you.
You will be joining the Diagnostics IT Operations team which currently consists of 8 colleagues and is divided into three teams: Salesforce Support, NAV Support and Application Testing.
