About the project

Your responsibilities
- performing software installations, hardware deployments, system rebuilds or upgrades following standard procedures
- responding to and resolving current technical problems
- participation in the implementation and testing of new IT systems
- cooperation with external IT providers
- maintenance of IT documentation
Our requirements
- a few years of experience in an internal IT department
- good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Knowledge and experience in helpdesk systems
- SAP knowledge (it will be an advantage)
- fluent written and spoken English skills (minimum B2 level is a must)
- strong communication, organizational and planning skills
- flexible, solution-oriented approach and a ”can-do” attitude
- driving license (B category)
- willingness to travel in Europe
