Your responsibilities
Operations, support and continuous improvement of our existing SAP-solutions in PML Product
Concept-development and technical Implementation together with HQ-IT including the solution-documentation, organization and performance of tests together with the business departments
Responsibility for document management in SAP R/3
Creating new documents, customizing access and classification, checks and approvals the corresponding role requests
Customizing the "Conversion Dispatchers"
Monitoring the performance and loading distribution of the document servers
Monitoring the transfer to the archive system, solving errors and problems
Importing external documents in bulk into SAP
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, economics or comparable qualification within practice acquired knowledge and experiences
Experience as an SAP-IT-consultant or comparable function in Document Management Systems (DMS) i.e., CAD Administrator
Knowledge of data structures and processes in SAP DMS
Customizing and/or development knowledge, experience in the development of SAP DMS requests would be an advantage
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good oral and written communication skills in English as well as good interpersonal abilities
Capability to work well in a team-based and agile IT-environment as well as on their own
Basic German skills would be an advantage
