Maintaining the company's IT infrastructure and supporting employees to maintain the continuity of office work and production
Your responsibilities
- Employee support in solving hardware and software problems.
- Handling of employee IT tickets
- records of employees' equipment / infrastructure and IT documentation.
- Conducting employee training in the area of operating company systems
- Configuration of domain / e-mail / system accounts
- Preparation and configuration of IT equipment for employees and clients of the company.
- Maintaining operating systems and applications on employees' computers
- Installation and configuration of network and server equipment as well as its maintenance
- maintenance of Video conference systems
- Implementation of IT infrastructure development projects
- Fulfillment of orders for the needs of IT infrastructure
Our requirements
- Technical education in the field of information technology or related.
- Min. 3 years of experience in this field
- Knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems
- Knowledge of network issues (IP, LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, Routing, VLAN).
- Basic knowledge of server issues, including virtualization (VMware).
- Basic knowledge of backup systems issues.
- Experience in solving user problems on Windows systems.
- English language communication skills
- Good work organization, responsibility, care for the precision of performed tasks.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Full time availability.
