Your responsibilities
supporting users in all IT related issues (on-site and remotely),
user education in current and new applications, system and services,
ensuring confidentiality of the users’ data and system security,
test and evaluate new technology in hardware/software/service/system,
support the roll-out of new applications and services implemented in Forterro Group across Europe,
administration of Windows based environments,
installation and configuration of computer hardware, operating systems and applications,
Active Directory administration,
Cloud based application management (e.g. Office 365, Collaboration, Social, Ticketing System),
diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults,
replace computer parts as required,
network and systems monitoring,
provide and maintain procedural documentation and relevant reports,
issue solving documentation and solutions update according to closed tickets,
suggest changes and new solutions.
Our requirements
minimum 3 years of experience on similar position in administration of large international IT systems and user support,
strong knowledge of computer systems (software, hardware, devices, technology),
strong knowledge of Windows system technology,
attitudes oriented on acquiring new knowledge and striving for perfect knowledge of selected solutions and technologies,
proactive approach to performance of tasks and professional challenges – proposing new solutions, suggesting improvements to existing solutions,
candidate should be able to communicate in English on daily basis,
ability to travel (90% on place /10% travel time),
self-organized,
time management skills,
knowledge of Cloud solutions will be an advantage.
