Your responsibilities
Ensure availability of networks, software, and hardware, and continuity of operations
Support End Users of Wintel applications environment (MS 365, MS Server/SQL server)
Basic network and hardware security and data protection (Microsoft AD)
Network, software, and hardware installations and modifications
Support manufacturing environment
Hardware replacement, system upgrades, software installation, adding users, etc
Employer requirements
Experience in end-user support of IT environment
Degree in IT, or comparable experience
Communicative spoken and written Polish and English
IT systems knowledge in a manufacturing environment (nice to have)
Flexibility in learning new tools
Ability to occasionally work non-standard hours
