Your responsibilities
being the front line support for clients and customers to ensure they are satisfied with products, services, and features
maintain full ownership of ticket through its lifecycle
diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents
works with technical team mates to resolve tickets
ensure updates to the knowledge base (KB)
test new system functionalities
additional tasks in line with your interests and project needs
Our requirements
fluency in German (min.B2)
ability to speak English (min.B1)
familiarity with of BaseLinker product and e-commerce industry is a plus
accuracy and paying appropriate attention to details
team player with a passion for learning
effective communication skills (with people within and outside organisation)
ability to work remotely effectively - diligence, responsibility and punctuality
analytical thinking skills
advanced computer operation and ease of learning new software
