Your responsibilities

  • being the front line support for clients and customers to ensure they are satisfied with products, services, and features

  • maintain full ownership of ticket through its lifecycle

  • diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents

  • works with technical team mates to resolve tickets

  • ensure updates to the knowledge base (KB)

  • test new system functionalities

  • additional tasks in line with your interests and project needs

Our requirements

  • fluency in German (min.B2)

  • ability to speak English (min.B1)

  • familiarity with of BaseLinker product and e-commerce industry is a plus

  • accuracy and paying appropriate attention to details

  • team player with a passion for learning

  • effective communication skills (with people within and outside organisation)

  • ability to work remotely effectively - diligence, responsibility and punctuality

  • analytical thinking skills

  • advanced computer operation and ease of learning new software
