About the project
Fieldcode is a Field Service Management (FSM) software created from 20 years of global field service expertise with the highest customer service standards working towards climate positivity. We develop software. You further develop our IT infrastructure. You are one of our contact persons for IT related issues and ensure the smooth operation of our cloud based IT landscape. You regularly liaise with your colleagues and your welcome ideas for optimization are quickly implemented in our internally used systems. Your daily work consists of the following tasks:
- You support, administrate and optimize our internal IT infrastructure - your area of responsibility covers the clients, the network and the administration of our Office 365 services
- You research and evaluate new systems and derive recommendations for action
- You analyze and solve technical issues as well as technical questions
- Through the successful processing of tickets, you enable your colleagues to work smoothly and efficiently
Your responsibilities
End-user support (Software, Hardware, Microsoft/Azure Cloud)
Tickets handling and progress tracking
Setting up and configuring user accounts on Azure AD / Office 365
Maintaining and monitoring inventories of users and hardware
Maintaining software (updates) inventories on Intune and collaborate with the team for their implementation
Proactively managing and appropriately prioritizing tasks
Contributing to the improvement of the IT team
Using our cloud backup solutions
Contributing to (cloud) Security checks
Maintenance of Azure VMs and Azure Cloud infrastructure
Our requirements
1-2 years in a relevant position
Very good knowledge in oral and written English
Knowledge of Windows (10/11) and MacOS
Knowledge of Office 365 (Exchange, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams)
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory
Positive attitude, willing to undertake tasks
