Ensuring all incidents and service requests are resolved against SLAs and with the highest customer service standards. Communicates with end-users to communicate ticket resolution.
Staff onboarding and off-boarding, including laptop imaging and account creation/configuration. Working with a facilities team to organize IT equipment shipments when needed.
Following standard operating procedures, system development life cycle methodology and policies.
Providing on-site and remote resolution of common computing/network issues.
Responding to help desk tickets using the appropriate tools and channels of escalation. Accurately recording all in the JIRA.
Implementing patches and upgrading to fix operations system problems or vulnerabilities.
Maintaining equipment inventory in the office and in our system.
At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer or similar.
Advanced troubleshooting skills. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Strong knowledge of MacOS and apple devices MacBooks/iPhone
Experience with JAMF or other MDM tools
Basic IT Network troubleshooting skills and Linux knowledge
Experience in working with Google Workspace / Google Cloud Platform, understanding the cloud-based solutions
Familiarity with VPN/PKI solutions
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Polish (French/Dutch is a plus)

About The Role
