About the project
The position assumes various aspects of local IT/user local support as well as being a part of a larger IT
team taking part in various IT projects and taking part in general IT infrastructure support as a part of duty
process.
Your responsibilities
user support and problem troubleshooting (OS, business apps, developer apps, hardware, etc)
setting up and configuring new equipment (MacOS/Windows/Linux)
maintaining assets inventory
std procedures including information security requirements
basic network troubleshooting
user accounts/access rights management
supporting std IT location infra (servers, network equipment, printers, conference room equipment)
taking fair share in IT production services
legacy VM infrastructure
cloud infrastructure
Our requirements
Linux/Unix: understanding system concepts, hands-on experience
Networking: understanding of L [123] network design and basic troubleshooting
Virtualization: understanding of concepts, types, hands-on experience
Windows: basic AD skills
Hardware: good level of understanding and troubleshooting
English: B1+
Optional
experience in IT support
working with servicedesk systems
advanced Windows knowledge
experience with Google Apps for Business (G Suite)
