Your responsibilities
Managing IT service requests and incidents for company employees (Helpdesk)
Installing and configuring employees’ workstations, OS and office applications
Setting up accounts and managing licenses
Supporting IT Infrastructure Administrator (Linux, Windows, LAN)
Co-creating IT solutions for customer projects
Supporting Information Security Management System
Our requirements
Higher education in the field of Information Technology or Telecommunications
Fluency in English and Polish (minimum B2 / C1 level)
At least 1 year of related professional experience, ideally in technical support
Experience in network administration (routing, switching, Wi-Fi)
Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, firewall, NAT, VPN, Office365
Knowledge of virtualization technologies e.g. VMware, Docker
Hands-on team player, proactive, a person of action
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, structured approach and accuracy
Willingness to professional development and continuous learning of new technologies, primarily towards cloud solutions (Azure, AWS), DevOps etc.
Experience in the field of website maintenance (WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP) is an advantage
