About the project

For our customer, international law company, we are looking for IT Support Engineer who will provide high end IT support to the office. This involves the provision and management of IT hardware and the delivery of IT support services. This work will include the logging, diagnosing, monitoring and resolving of requests and problems using a call management system; as well as proactive IT advice on relevant IT matters.

Project information:

• Location: Warsaw (hybrid model of work, 2 days per week from the office, 3 days remotely)

• Type of employment: contract of employment

• Remuneration: 8 300 – 11 800 PLN gross

• Level: Mid

• Project language: Polish and English

• Contract length: Indefinite/ long-term

• Start date: depending on candidate’s availability

Your responsibilities

  • Managing the local IT hardware over the entire asset lifecycle; from procurement, to installation, supervision, audits, reporting, and replacement.

  • Ensuring IT processes and procedures are followed.

  • Maintaining asset database, provide liaison with external vendors.

  • Acting as a point of contact in relation to new tools and technologies introduced globally; communicating incoming changes and providing adequate trainings.

  • Providing first line application and hardware support for local Technology tools.

  • Troubleshooting, engaging with users, cooperation with adequate technology teams to resolve the issue.

  • Continuous reviewing local IT processes and services – ensuring the right quality of services.

Our requirements

  • IT support desk experience.

  • Technical aptitude and skills.

  • Experience in customer service and excellent communications skills.

  • Being proactive in relationships with local customers as well as global technology experts – able to recognise the needs, problems, and opportunities related to local IT.

  • Good knowledge of AV technologies and support of video conference systems.

  • Ability to manually handle IT equipment.
