Your role:

  • Providing 2nd level support in the field of IT equipment for the retail fashion stores (TALLY WEiJL) in Europe
  • Supporting Service Desk Team in daily operations (including helping other Specialists with solving the most challenging cases)
  • Providing technical assistance to Employees in our Warsaw Business Center
  • Solving problems according to ITIL best practices
  • Taking part in projects and more complex Service Desk tasks
  • Cooperation with our local SAP team and IT Support Center located in Switzerland
  • Preparing instructions and procedures for less experienced colleagues

 

What is important to us?

  • IT technology passionate
  • Fluent German and English
  • University degree in computer science, informatics or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient knowledge of PC computer, IT architecture and infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server software and Active Directory
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software and network problems
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities, desire to learn and gain new skills
  • Experience in POS systems (GK software) will be an advantage
  • Experience in network administration (CISCO devices) will be an advantage
