Your responsibilities

  • Provide tier 2/3 IT support to engineering and admin staff

  • Install and support Linux based server/service environments

  • Maintain and configure development process support tools like: Atlassian stack, Git, SVN

  • Manage backups and supplier purchasing

  • Linux operating system and Linux based applications configuration, deployment, maintenance, and support

Our requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering

  • 5 years of experience in supporting Linux, preferably Red Hat

  • 3 years of experience in supporting Atlassian stack applications: Jira/Confluence/Bamboo

  • Experience supporting Windows OS and desktop applications (including Microsoft Office)

  • Good understanding of TCP/IP networking with practical experience

  • Ability to work with policies and procedures of an IT department

  • Good troubleshooting skills, ability to efficiently investigate the nature of a problem

  • Fast learner, open to developing skills in different areas of IT

  • Good spoken & written English
