Your responsibilities
Our main areas of operations are level 2 remote technical support, project activities and remediation, and customer Connected Health support.
You will be expected to own the support cases assigned to you through to resolution or escalation and to use your skills and resourcefulness to find solutions or seek help.
You will use telephone, chat, and email to contact your customers to resolve their issues remotely using our support tools. You will be contacting users, not receiving direct calls.
In our connected health area, you will get the chance to learn about some of the customer facing products we support for Baxter directly with external customers. Any experience supporting doctors, nurses, or patients with medical devices will make you stand out to us.
Our requirements
We require someone with 1-3 years experience in a fast-paced Level 2 IT Technical Support or Desktop Support role with a passion for IT support. Excellent level 1 experience and ready to move to level 2 now will also be considered.
Diploma or Degree in an IT discipline is preferred but not essential.
Strong English communication verbal, written and reading are required for this role along with French and/or German, Italian, Spanish and/or any other language skills.
Previous experience supporting a Microsoft Windows corporate environment is required.
Experience with or knowledge of an IT ticket management system, preferably ServiceNow.
Previous experience with remotely supporting remote-based & field-based users who are using a VPN connection is required.
Experience or strong working knowledge of mobile devices is required. You will be aiding customers to setup and configure Apple iPhones and iPads.
Knowledge and experience working with a VOIP telephone system is required.
A good understanding is needed of Active directory administration in a corporate domain environment, and corporate networking setups, troubleshooting connectivity issues for client devices is required.
A solid understanding of how multifunction printers work, and an ability to install printers and troubleshoot issues.
Experience with troubleshooting and supporting issues with the Microsoft Office product range is required.

IT Support Specialist 2 nd level ( with German, Italian, French language)
The IT Analyst will be based in Poland to provide essential high quality L2 remote technical support to our sites, customers and 5500+ strong workforce across the EMEA region. The IT Analyst will be passionate about helping customers and be looking to join a growing team where you will also be exposed to a wide range of technologies. At heart you are an ‘IT support ticket assassin’. Very little stumps you, you offer solutions, and if one option fails you are always thinking of the next thing to try.
IT industry certifications a plus, such as ITIL foundations, CompTIA or Microsoft preferred Familiarity with general business terms and processes & any previous experience working in a corporate office environment. Proficient & confidence in using standard office applications – e-Mail, MS-Office, browser usage etc. to perform tasks Extra skills will set you apart! MS Excel knowledge to an intermediate level, RPA, PowerShell, scripting, connected health, VR, AR, Experience, or knowledge in these areas would make you stand out to us.
