Your responsibilities
- Administering and coordinating hardware orders, licenses, network lines, and services
- Working closely together with project managers and HR, and facilitating onboarding
- Setting up necessary training sessions for teams
- Proactive work towards continual improvements of processes, tools, and routines
- Managing Office 365 and backup systems of internal data
- Managing intranet (no coding required)
- Administering office hardware (TV, printer, monitors, keyboards, conference phones, etc)
- Work in helpdesk with responding to tickets and finding solutions to problems
- Help with developing and improving the helpdesk service
Our requirements
- Educational background in IT or other relevant educational backgrounds
- 1 year of experience working within IT, and/or ability to pass technical case
- Experience from both IT management and IT operations is a plus
- IT security and strategy knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge in GDPR is a plus.
- Fluent Polish is a plus.
- Excellent English both written and oral skills.
- Experience from working in a fast-paced environment.
- Service-minded and pedagogical with an eye for details.
- Highly organized and result-driven.
- Here good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and being polite will take you a long way.
- You have a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
- You have the ability to work in a high-profile and high pressured international environment with employees from more than 70 countries.

NORTHVOLT was founded in Sweden in 2016 with the mission of building the greenest lithium-ion batteries in the world, with the lowest carbon footprint and the highest recyclability, to ensure the European transition to renewable energy. The NORTHVOLT team of experts is currently building a new generation lithium-ion cell factory in northern Sweden, focusing on process innovation, scale and vertical integration of processes. When completed, it will be the largest battery cell factory in Europe with an annual production capacity of 40 GWh.
Since 2018, the company has been operating in Poland under the name Northvolt Poland Sp. z o.o. The company was established to meet the growing demand for complete battery systems. Currently, Northvolt Poland plans to increase its production capacity by building a highly automated and state-of-the-art production plant.
