Your responsibilities
Represent IT in front of the business (IT BP) – ongoing activities, plans, escalations
Providing assistants to regional IT in budget creation and long-term business plans on site
Communication with business leaders and with regional IT
Regularly reviewing and optimizing IT processes on site
Managing infrastructural changes
Keeping up to date IT hardware inventory, spare stock, etc
Communicating and working with involved partners to resolve incidents
Administering incidents and changes
User/s trainings on IR tools and processes
Preparing computers for use in the standard environment using group imaging solutions and standards
Be the primary contact for local IT vendors regarding specific local applications and equipment
Our requirements
Experience on a similar position in an IT department (experience in Global company is a plus)
Strong communication skills
Strong priority setting and planning skills
Solid understanding of the various hardware components forming the network (servers, switches, UPS’s, cabling and routers)
Good knowledge of- and experience with: Active Directory, Citrix, security solution awareness, desktops and laptops (Dell), network printers / MFPs, Windows desktop and server OS, Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office 365), Visio, SharePoint
Ability to communicate at non-technical level regarding the potentials and limitations of the system
Upper-intermediate or fluent English
