We are currently looking for talented individuals to grow with our team at the position of:

IT Support Specialist
Workplace: Łódź

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inquiries and requests for assistance with organization's computer systems or PCs.
  • Resolving customer inquiries for one or more products or services.
  • Utilizing new utilities and tools to provide remote technical support services on desk-side equipment, for customers.
  • Maintaining written documentation on each call; escalating complex problems to the next level of support as required by documented procedures.
  • Monitoring telephone calls and e-mails to maintain quality services and track problems, to ensure their timely resolution.
  • Application deployment and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Have experience of working with customers in English.
  • Have very good English skills (oral and written).
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and office applications.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Practical understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Understanding of the role of Service Desk in an organization.
  • Troubleshooting abilities in a Windows environment.
  • Basic network configuration knowledge.
  • Experience with Active Directory accounts management will be an asset.
  • Customer service / IT experience will be an asset.
