Your responsibilities
Servicing incidents and current problem solving both for operations in Poland and in the rest of Flokk group,
Training and support of end users (both for Polish and group Flokk users),
Testing and analysis of errors reported by end users,
Reporting errors to the suppliers and monitoring the fixing process,
Introducing changes to the system (individually, in cooperation with other administrators or external sup-plier),
Active participation in ongoing development projects (presentations, concept work, documentation, testing, end users’ training),
Performing and gathering necessary documentation related to ongoing projects.
Our requirements
Degree in IT or simillar or pre-graduate,
Good knowledge of issues related to computer hardware, Windows operating systems and office software,
Able to rapidly research, understand and implement new technologies and products,
Ability to cooperate in a matrix team,
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
Communicative English, spoken and written must have
Good communications skills and ability to share the knowledge
